Maintenance Parts Acquired

The parts inventory included a MANN engine air filter, MANN activated-carbon cabin filter, BOSCH oil filter, MANN fuel filter and a Febi Bilstein sump plug. Castrol GTX 5W-40 was purchased from an authorised regional Castrol dealer; VW 502.00 approval was confirmed for the intended application.

Parts Ordered

The order list included NGK 2397 BKUR6ET-10 spark plugs, Bremi 206P200 ignition leads, two Lemförder 38181 01 front anti-roll-bar links, Febi F280059 right and F280058 left tie-rod ends, Bosch 0 258 007 351 pre-catalyst lambda sensor, BSG 1J0809961A left and 1J0809962A right front wheel-arch liners, Hella G266 1J0907660B oil-level/temperature sensor, and TRW GDB823 rear brake pads.

Planning the Work

The parts were grouped around the upcoming oil service, sensor replacement, front-suspension work, lambda-sensor replacement and rear-brake inspection. The aim was to reduce repeated disassembly and document part references before installation.

Conclusion

The inventory established a traceable list of selected parts and specifications for the next maintenance stages. Parts would be installed according to condition, fitment and the relevant service procedure.
