Underbody Leaks and Improper Repairs

When I got under the vehicle, I found heavy oil build-up around the driveshaft boot. Instead of being repaired to standard, parts had been tied up with wire and fixed with improvised clamps. I documented these makeshift fixes and the mechanical problems they caused on site.

Impacted and Torn Underbody Guard Plate

When we raised the vehicle on the lift, I saw that the underbody guard plate had been crushed by hard impacts and was torn in places and corroded. Besides the load-bearing plate, I checked the coil spring and shock absorber area for any structural deformation.

Carburetor Engine Bay and LPG System

I inspected the engine bay of the older carburetor engine with a mechanical distributor. I reviewed the physical condition of the mechanical distributor, the fuel pump and the LPG regulator added later, along with the worn hoses and the wiring harness.
